Returns Policy

At Miracle of Morocco, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that skincare is personal, and we strive to offer products that meet your needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Unopened products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: We accept unopened products and are also happy to review refunds for tested products, but not products that have had excessive use. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Excessively used products will not be refunded.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before sending back your product, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@miracleofmorocco.com and send a photo of the products to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your product.
3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense. For products that have caused a skin irritation, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for products returned due to skin irritation, where we will cover both the original and return shipping costs.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g. items that are part of a bundle offer).

5. Return of Defective, Damaged, or Irritating Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, or a product has caused skin irritation, please notify us immediately at hello@miracleofmorocco.com . We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including all shipping costs.
